A gift for Rose, an early preview of Susanna’s photos…
Sweet Susanna is 6 months old! It’s so much fun to see her personality coming out more and more. She won’t sit up, but she loves to roll over (and over and over) – she’s fast!
We had a lot of fun capturing these images… can’t wait to finish up the editing and post some more!
And Rose… just for you… I know you love the “antique light” look, so here are those two in a different effect:
Kareem and Soneeca – you win a “most patient client” award – I know you’ve been waiting for this preview. I am so thankful for your gracious patience. THANK YOU. I hope you love these photos as much (more!) as I do, and that’s its a great Christmas present to open.
Kareem had just moved to town. Soneeca was just busy with friends. And one random week-day evening, their friends convinced each of them to go out to a comedy club, even though they both really just wanted to stay home and chill. They were convinced, thankfully. Kareem noticed Soneeca in the comedy club, and by the end of the night, he decided to go introduce himself. And thankfully he did.
Phone calls turned into dates. Dates turned into dating. Dating turned into love.
Kareem and Soneeca are so comfortable together. There is no ackwardness. They just fit together, as if they’ve always belonged together. Because they do: belong together.
And so FOREVER is the only thing that makes sense. There is no future that isn’t a TOGETHER FOREVER future.
So the plans are in the works! They love traveling and especially cruising, so their wedding is going to be next year during a Caribbean cruise to St. Thomas. As they look forward to their life together, they have such a fun adventure to kick off their new life together.
I know their wedding is going to be amazingly beautiful, but I think it’s just the beginning of a glorious life together. This is just the beginning…. a beautiful beginning.

I had the privileged of photographing Beth’s family recently at their home in Redmond. What a joy!
They have done a lot of work on their home and landscaping, so it was really great that they wanted to incorporate these things into their photoshoot.
Their son LOVES their landscaping tractor. Of course, we had to get a few with him on it.
It was a beautiful day with a beautiful family!
Pam and Fernando have an amazing story.
And it’s about to have a new chapter added to it.
They weren’t looking for one another. God had other plans. He made the world a little smaller and brought them together.
Pregnancy looks great on some women… and some women just endure it. It looks GREAT on Pam. What a beautiful pregnant lady!
Pam and Fernando are so sweet together. Just adorable.
God has brought these two together. Their story started oceans apart, but God brought them together. And now, He is going to expand their love. They are about to embark on a new venture… cross new horizons, and only God knows exactly what that will look like in their lives.
Pam and Fernando have a loving joy between the two of them. I know it will carry them far – through many days and even longer nights.
I am so excited to meet their little one, and to find out what God has in plan for this family. He given them an amazing story so far and I can’t wait to see what the Author Of Life has in store for them in the future.
I did a photoshoot this morning at Luther Burbank park (for little Janie and her awesome parents). I was just going through the images to see what I managed to get.
I LOVE this one… two-year-olds just crack me up. When is the last time you were this excited about something? Anything?
